MUD\WTR Review

I’m not a huge coffee girl! In fact, I used to just drink coffee for the taste, which often involved a lot of added sugar. I had been seeing ads for MUD\WTR for a few months, and earlier this summer I decided I had to try it and see what it was all about! This is my honest review of MUD\WTR and how I like to drink it.

For starters, the packaging of their Ritual Kit is amazing! It comes with a one month supply of MUD\WTR, a free electronic frother, and a free sample of their creamer. The frother is so great just by itself!

MUD\WTR tastes like chai, cacao, and cinnamon had a child, but it’s not sweet. It contains cacao, masala chai, turmeric, sea salt, cinnamon, chaga, cordyceps, reishi, and lions mane. Each of these ingredients serves a different purpose, which you can read about on their website. According to their site, “MUD\WTR™ is a coffee alternative consisting of organic ingredients lauded by cultures old and young for their health and performance benefits. With 1/7th the caffeine of coffee, mud gives you natural energy, focus and more without the jitters and crash.”

I have loved drinking it every morning as a replacement for tea or coffee. I like how there are so many more beneficial ingredients in it and that every ingredient has a purpose to help your body function as well as possible throughout the day.

How I Drink MUD\WTR

  1. Fill mug 1/2-3/4 of the way with boiling water.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of MUD\WTR.

  3. Top off with plant-based milk, and froth until it is thoroughly mixed. Make sure to pulse the frother so that you don’t end up with liquid everywhere!

There is a bit of sediment that will settle at the bottom due to the natural ingredients they use. I simply re-froth when it starts to settle, and it is good to go again!
